The staff at the hospital were incredibly kind and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I felt well taken care of during my stay. When my father was serious and was rushed to the emergency department at PIMS, my mom and I were just lost in negative thoughts and we were praying for his betterment. When we saw the team of doctors performing CPR and different kinds of procedures, we felt that they were doing everything they could to revive their patients. Then we got some positive vibes that my father will recover suddenly after a span of time a doctor came and told us “he’s all right”. It was very heartwarming for me and my mom. Thank you PIMS.

I appreciated the hospital’s efforts to create a patient-centered environment. The staff listened to my concerns and worked with me to create a personalized care plan that addressed my specific needs. It was the time when my grandmother was admitted in the PIMS hospital as she was going through with a cardio surgery. My grandmother was very weak after the surgery but the team of nurses were quite qualified there and made every single day of my grandmother there as she was at her own home. Nurses were so strict to let my grandmother eat any unhealthy food which she liked to eat at that time to provide her with every healthy and hygienic facility. These restrictions were quite good as because of this she was able to make a speedy recovery.

I was impressed by the hospital’s efforts to create a clean and safe environment. The staff followed strict protocols to prevent the spread of infection, which made me feel more secure during my stay. My daughter was suffering from a tumour and was admitted to PIMS for neurosurgery that was to be performed by a team of neurosurgeons. It was very difficult for me to see my little daughter going into an operation theatre but on the other hand i also wanted my daughter to recover. My daughter recovered fully because of the beliefs of doctors.

The hospital’s amenities, such as the patient lounge and room service, made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s great to see them taking a holistic approach to patient care. My sister was caught in the fire and was rushed to the hospital and the doctor referred us for a plastic surgery on the hand for my sister and we agreed to it and after the surgery it was difficult to find any marks all thanks to PIMS.

I appreciated the hospital’s efforts to involve me in my own care. The staff worked with me to set goals and create a plan for my recovery, which made me feel more empowered and in control. It was a very good experience for me in PIMS as it had very hygienic surroundings as well as a supportive team of doctors and also careful nurses. The environment gave us the positive vibes as well as speedy recovery.

Me and my friends when met with an accident we got admitted to PIMS. We were kind of very scared to get to the hospital but it was good there. They made us feel so comfortable with everything and got a very helpful nature at the place.
